Guest Information for PALS Kid Spa

Welcome! Your child has been listed as a guest by the party host, who has signed a party contract and approved their participation. We can’t wait to pamper your little one with a day full of sparkle and spa fun!

Spa parties begin no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to work your child in, but they may miss a portion of the services depending on how the party is running.

Parties typically last 1–2 hours, depending on the package. Please refer to your invite or ask your host for the estimated duration.

We kindly ask that you do not bring any outside food into the spa. Candy, drinks, and occasional treats are provided based on the host’s selected package.
Complimentary beverages and snacks for adults may be available in the waiting area on an as-available basis.

If your child has any allergies, medical concerns, or special needs, please notify the host who invited you. They’ll make sure our staff is informed so we can accommodate as best as possible.

All spa services are designed to be safe and fun for kids—but your child is welcome to skip any service they’re not comfortable with. Just let our hostesses know.

We use real nail polish, fairy hair, and glitter in many parties. Kids will also soak their feet in pedicure tubs, so comfortable, roll-up clothing is best.

We offer a small waiting area if you’d like to stay. To maintain a calm and smooth-flowing event in our boutique setting, we kindly ask that parents remain in the waiting area unless invited in for photo opportunities.

During the party, you’ll receive a QR code from your host to access event photos—feel free to view, download, and edit them!
