Our spa parties are designed for girls ages 3 to 13, with a sweet spot around ages 5–10. If they love glitter, giggles, and being pampered - they’re the right age! 

We recommend keeping parties to 6 guests total (including the birthday girl) for the best experience. However, we can accommodate up to 10 little princesses. Adult seating is limited to about 7–9 adults, so please plan accordingly! 

You'll receive an invoice and can pay with any major credit or debit card, we also accept vennmo & cash app payments

You can fill out our party request form or call 757-731-5698 to chat with a party planner. Once you submit your form, you’ll receive an email confirmation - but your party isn’t booked until a planner contacts you and your 50% deposit is paid.  

You must enter promo code 15SAVEBIG for 15% off or MOREFUN for 50% off additional princesses when submitting your request so we know to apply it. 

 No. Submitting your booking request starts the process. Your date and time are not confirmed until your 50% deposit is received. 

You’ll receive an updated invoice shortly after submitting your request. It will reflect add-ons, setup fees if applicable, and your promo discount. 

Yes. A party planner will reach out to review your details and confirm everything once your deposit is made. 

 No, Offers cannot be combined with any other discounts. 

  Dates are not held without a deposit and may be released to another party. 

All parties include a 15% Sparkle & Setup Fee to help us cover the cost of decor, set-up, cleanup, and making everything fabulous behind the scenes. This is not a gratuity. 

Absolutely! We offer mix-and-match themes and a wide range of add-ons like makeup, make & take bars, slime labs and more. Let us know your vision - make it sparkle! 

All parties include:

• Private use of the spa
   
• Age-appropriate spa services (mani, pedi, facials, etc.)
   
• Music, games, and dancing
   
• A party host (or two!) to lead the fun
   
• Cute props and party setup
   
• And of course - tons of glitter!

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will be subject to a $200 administrative fee, covering scheduling, preparation, and supplies. The remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

We now offer a Celebration Service option that allows you to bring your own cake or cupcakes for the birthday celebration portion of the party.

Outside food is not permitted beyond cake or cupcakes. This includes snacks, drinks, and meals. Outside food is also not allowed for guests waiting in the reception area.

Outside decorations are not permitted.

We know everyone loves to personalize their party, and we truly appreciate the excitement. The good news is we handle the sparkle, setup, and celebration so you don’t have to stress about the mess or cleanup.

Nope - and that’s by design! We’re a just-for-fun, kid-friendly spa experience. There are no chemicals, sharp tools, or licensed estheticians. Just safe, clean, adorable pampering that feels like the real thing (but way more fun). 

Yes, we do! We can bring the sparkle straight to your doorstep with a full mobile spa party setup.

• Travel Fee (Southside/Hampton Roads): $99
   
• Travel Fee (Over the Water – Peninsula, Hampton, Newport News,): $199
  These fees are in addition to the 15% Sparkle & Setup Fee. Space, access, and setup requirements will be reviewed in advance to make sure everything runs smoothly. There's another spa on the Peninsula although we aren't affiliated you might want to check out Wild Child Spa
