Important Booking Info – Please Read

After you submit your online booking request, you will receive an automatic email stating “Booking Confirmed.” Please note: this does not confirm your party date, time, or details — it simply begins the scheduling process.

If you are not contacted by a party planner and do not receive an invoice for your deposit, you do not have a party booked.

To confirm your booking:

A party planner will follow up within 24 hours.
You’ll receive a customized invoice that includes all applicable details like add-ons, hostess coordination fee, and any travel fees (if applicable).
A 50% deposit is required to lock in your party date and time.

If we don’t receive your deposit, the request will be canceled, and your spot will not be held.

Deposit and Refund Policy

At PALS Kid Spa, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while considering the preparation and resources required to create a special experience for your child’s celebration.

Deposit & Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due two days before the scheduled party.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will be subject to a $200 administrative fee, covering scheduling, preparation, and supplies. The remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
